Job Description:
- Maintain corporate records and assist with compiling information and documents
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and assembling opinion back-up
- Prepare corporate and securities filings and conduct related research
- Prepare stock certificates and maintain capitalization tables
- Coordinate closings and prepare related documents
- Obtain and file documents with public agencies
- Maintain corporate records and assist with compiling information and documents
