Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Construction Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction management, providing day-to-day on-site supervision of complex commercial constructions projects ensuring successful completion within specified timelines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities on-site.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and tracking.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Responsible for the on-time completion of projects within the assigned budget
- Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee the build process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Some travel may be required

- Minimum of 5 years’ of experience providing day-to-day on-site supervision for complex commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Advanced knowledge of all aspects of technical construction methods, technology and equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Must have solid computer skills with familiarity of construction management software.
- Excellent construction production planning, subcontractor coordination and organizational skills.
- Effective daily planning for workforce, safety, material and equipment requirements.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
