Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace commercial overhead garage door systems, openers, springs, cables, rollers, hinges, and other hardware components using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose issues and deliver solutions on site.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation and repair projects.
- Handle heavy lifting of doors, springs, and other equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete detailed inspections of doors for mechanical issues or damage; perform troubleshooting using schematic diagrams.
- Maintain a clean work environment; document service activities thoroughly; communicate effectively with clients about project timelines and procedures.
- Typical day starts around 7:30 and ends around 4:00

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise installations.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting; comfortable working on elevated surfaces or in confined spaces on construction sites.
