Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP, aligning with supply chain demands and capacity constraints.
- Monitor daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality control, maintenance, and assembly to optimize workflow and resolve production issues promptly.
- Utilize manufacturing management systems to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements based on Lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives employing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Manage inventory levels through effective production planning and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Oversee team leadership activities by guiding production staff, fostering a culture of Lean management, and promoting best practices in operations management.
