Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Controller to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure seamless production flow. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP, aligning with supply chain demands and capacity constraints.
  • Monitor daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality control, maintenance, and assembly to optimize workflow and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Utilize manufacturing management systems to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements based on Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives employing Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Manage inventory levels through effective production planning and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Oversee team leadership activities by guiding production staff, fostering a culture of Lean management, and promoting best practices in operations management.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; experience with MRP modules is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and process optimization purposes.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma tools, and process improvement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining cross-functional communication across departments.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing management systems for scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
