Job Description:

Overall management of Human Resources.
Oversee employment law,  ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, FMLA, OSHA, EEOC and other regulations.
Employee on-boarding, orientation, pre-post hire assessments and tracking, compensation, and policy enforcement. 
Benefits administration with knowledge of health, dental, life and disability insurances.
Coordinate safety initiatives, ensure policies and procedures meet government standards, investigate accidents and prepare reporting.
Advise management on HR/employee relations issues.

Job Requirements:

Prefer Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent such as BBA with a focus in HR.
Previous HR management with benefits, compensation, safety and employee relations experience.
MUST have experience with State & Federal employment law, unemployment compensation, policy interpretations and personnel records.
