Job Description:


The Director of Outplacement and Career Services will report to the Sr. Director of Alumni Relations. The mission of the Director of Outplacement and Career Services is to place departing staff in jobs so that they can continue to transform the culture. The main challenge is twofold: building a pipeline with companies, organizations and benefactors in order to determine and fill available jobs, and putting a system in place to identify the talents and skills of departing staff and match them to available jobs. The Director of Outplacement and Career Services will also have responsibility for devising and implementing a system to track all placements and measure the effectiveness of the Outplacement program.
