DATA ENTRY / PART TIME
$11 to $12 Hourly
Education Requirements: High School or Certification
- Check case packs, verify pricing and validate existing or enter new customer information into company accounting system.
- Process and enter orders.
- New account set-up.
- Verify required paperwork received.
- Tie new customers to respective internal and external sales representatives.
- Enter required information in dealer locator.
- Maintain signed documents in network location using an established process.
- Fill and process sales department sample orders.
- Trade show paperwork coordination.
- Sample order timing for proper receiving date.
- Assist with office sales and general administrative tasks as requested.
- 2+ years General Office / Administrative experience.
- Microsoft Office suite with general use of PowerPoint and Word and proficiency in Excel.
