Job Description:


San Francisco office of a multi-national law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team.  The candidate should be seasoned, high quality, very experienced, polished.  The salary for this position is in the $90-$100K range along with fantastic benefits.  This is a very stable firm with long time employees.

Job Requirements:


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong experience and knowledge of the US Federal Court Case Management/Electronic Case File (CM/ECF)/PACER system and of electronic filing systems highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Typing speed of 60+ wpm
• Strong experience and knowledge of litigation practice and processes
• Able to work independently, as well as a team, with minimal supervision
• Respectful of people’s differences in background, culture, and perspective

Qualifications and Experience:

• Two to four years prior litigation secretarial experience
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• iManage experience preferred
• Prior knowledge of State and Federal filing and service deadlines for various litigation tasks, including familiarity of the California Code of Civil Procedure
