Job Description:

A full-service, leading international law firm, is seeking an Assistant to the Office Administrator who, with minimal supervision, provides administrative support to the Office Administrator and assists/supports managers, lawyers and staff as needed. Maintains positive contact with lawyers, managers and staff in the San Francisco and Palo Alto offices, while preserving confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, resident in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Essential responsibilities will include assisting with administrative functions, database management, recruiting, hiring, and staffing, employee relations, and special projects.
